SlotMafia Terms and Conditions
Effective from 13 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to every account registered at SlotMafia. Registration means the player has read them and agrees to them. The Casino may change the terms when needed and will notify players of material changes by email, though the current version on this page is the one that applies at any time. The terms are written in English, and where a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
1. Who Can Play
1.1. Players must be at least 18 years old, or older where the law of their place of residence sets a higher age for online gambling.
1.2. It is the player's responsibility to check that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering and depositing. The Casino does not give legal advice on this point.
1.3. The Casino may request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until it is provided.
1.4. Players from restricted jurisdictions cannot deposit or play for real money. The full list is shown in the registration form and includes, among others, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, India, China, Japan, Israel and Brazil. A withdrawal or refund for an account opened from a restricted jurisdiction is not guaranteed.
1.5. Players from Sweden cannot receive bonuses of any kind. Players from Finland cannot receive deposit bonuses.
1.6. To play with Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency, the player must first confirm their age with a valid ID, passport or driver's licence. Deposits and bets in crypto are not accepted until age verification is complete.
2. Game Availability
2.1. Some games are unavailable in some jurisdictions because of provider restrictions, and the list may change.
2.2. Using a VPN or any other tool to open a game blocked in the player's region is prohibited. Winnings from such play may be confiscated.
2.3. For Australian accounts, games from NetEnt, Microgaming and Amatic are not available under the providers' territorial agreements. Other provider restrictions by country are listed in the full game availability notice in the Help Center.
3. Currencies, Fees and Taxes
3.1. Accounts can be kept in EUR, USD, AUD, NOK, CAD, NZD, JPY, BRL, BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOGE, USDT, BNB, ADA or TRX.
3.2. The player accepts that the market value of a cryptocurrency changes. The Casino does not exchange crypto for fiat or fiat for crypto and is not a financial institution. No interest is paid on any balance.
3.3. The player is responsible for any tax due on winnings under the law of their place of residence.
4. Game Rules
4.1. By accepting these terms, the player confirms they understand the rules of the games they play. The theoretical return of each game is shown in the game information panel.
4.2. In the event of a difference between the result shown on the player's screen and the result recorded on the game server, the server record applies.
5. Liability
5.1. Gambling involves the risk of losing money. The Casino is not liable for financial loss arising from use of the website.
5.2. The Casino is not liable for hardware, software or connection problems on the player's side.
5.3. If a bet is accepted or a payment is made in error, the Casino may cancel the affected bets or resettle them at the correct terms.
5.4. If a bonus or winnings are credited to an account by mistake, the amount remains the property of the Casino and is deducted. If the player has already withdrawn it, the amount is a debt owed to the Casino. The player must report an incorrect credit by email as soon as it is noticed.
5.5. The Casino does not warrant that the website or the games are free from errors or available without interruption.
5.6. The Casino is the final decision-maker on whether a player has breached these terms in a way that leads to suspension or closure of the account.
6. Player Account
6.1. One account per person, residential address, household, IP address and device. Duplicate accounts may be closed with all payouts cancelled, and any winnings or bonuses received while a duplicate account was active are forfeited.
6.2. The account is for personal use only. The player must not give access to it to any other person, including minors.
6.3. The Casino may phone the number on the account as part of verification. If the player cannot be reached by email or phone within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked until contact is made.
6.4. The player can change the account currency once, after the first deposit.
7. Anti-Fraud Policy
7.1. The Casino may close an account and cancel payouts if the player is suspected of collusion with other players, use of strategies aimed at dishonest winnings, fraud against other casinos or payment providers, chargebacks, forged documents, multiple accounts, or other cheating, or if the player is known to be bankrupt in their country of residence. The player is not always informed of the reason, and the Casino may report the conduct to the regulator.
7.2. In the event of a chargeback, the Casino may debit the player's balance to cover its loss, pursue further damages, close the account and cancel winnings.
7.3. The Casino may close an account and refund the balance, less withdrawal charges, at its discretion and without giving a reason.
7.4. Bonus abuse leads to cancellation of bonuses and related winnings. Bonus abuse includes stolen cards, chargebacks, multiple accounts, false registration data, forged documents and low-risk roulette play where the player covers 25 or more of the 37 numbers with equal stakes.
7.5. If the player becomes aware of an error in the software, they must report it to the Casino at once and must not exploit it. Failure to do so makes the player liable for the costs caused by the error.
7.6. A Bitcoin deposit sent with Replace-by-Fee enabled is treated as a fraud attempt. The account may be closed and winnings withheld.
7.7. Every deposit must be wagered at least once before the related funds can be withdrawn. If several deposits are made without play, the total must be wagered once. Where money laundering is suspected, the Casino may require the deposits to be wagered three times.
7.8. If the full set of KYC documents is not provided within 40 days of the request, any winnings on the account may be confiscated.
8. Deposits
8.1. Deposits must be made from a bank account, card, e-wallet or crypto wallet in the player's own name. A deposit from a third party is returned to its owner and any winnings from it are cancelled.
8.2. The minimum deposit is A$20 or the equivalent. The maximum depends on the payment method and is shown in the cashier.
8.3. Deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits. A player who needs a deposit limit should use another method.
8.4. The Casino charges no fee on deposits.
9. Withdrawals
9.1. The minimum withdrawal is A$20 by card or crypto and A$100 by bank transfer. The maximum per transaction depends on the method and is shown in the cashier. A request above the method's limit is paid in instalments.
9.2. The weekly withdrawal limit is A$4,500 and the monthly limit is A$22,500, including crypto equivalents. For VIP Club members the limits are A$7,500 a week and A$30,000 a month. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
9.3. Winnings from Mystery Drop are not progressive jackpots and are limited to A$3,750 a day and A$18,000 a month.
9.4. The maximum withdrawal from sign-up free spins is A$75.
9.5. Withdrawals are processed within 0 to 24 hours depending on the method. Some e-wallets take up to one further day. Bank transfers take three banking days on average.
9.6. Where identity must be verified before a payout, the withdrawal can be held for up to 72 hours. False personal data leads to cancellation of bets and winnings and closure of the account.
9.7. If the player deposited by card and the withdrawal is equal to or less than the deposit, the Casino may return the amount to the same card. Any excess is paid by an alternative method.
9.8. Card payouts use Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer. Corporate cards are not supported, and the issuing bank may reject a payout at its discretion.
9.9. The Casino may use a payment method different from the one requested if necessary.
9.10. Intermediary banks may charge a fee on bank transfers. The Casino does not control this fee, which in practice is around A$25.
9.11. Bank transfer payouts are not available in USD.
9.12. The Casino charges no fee on withdrawals.
10. Dormant Accounts
10.1. An account with no login for 12 consecutive months is dormant. The Casino may charge a monthly administrative fee of A$37.50 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, from the start of the month following the twelfth month of inactivity.
10.2. The fee stops when the balance reaches zero or the account is used again.
11. Refunds
11.1. A refund request is considered only if made within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days where the player states that someone else accessed the account.
11.2. Bonuses and winnings on the balance are deducted before a refund is calculated.
11.3. Refunds require a photo ID, a screenshot of the payment method and a proof of address. Refund payouts take five to seven banking days. Any costs of the refund are borne by the player.
12. Complaints
12.1. Complaints go to the support team and are escalated within the company if support cannot settle them. The player is kept informed of the status.
12.2. A complaint is accepted only from the account holder. Complaints cannot be assigned, transferred or sold to a third party, and a complaint conducted by a third party is dismissed.
12.3. Any claim arising from these terms must be filed within one year of the event that caused it.
13. Non-Transferability
13.1. Accounts, balances, winnings, bets and claims against the Casino cannot be assigned, pledged, sold, gifted or transferred to any other person or entity without the Casino's written consent.
14. Privacy
14.1. Personal data provided at registration is used to deliver the service, verify identity and send marketing offers where consent is given. Data may be shared across websites operated by the same controller. The Privacy Policy describes how data is collected, stored and protected.
