1. General Bonus Rules

1.1. All bonus times and dates are in UTC. A promotion valid on a given day is valid from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC on that day.

1.2. The minimum deposit to receive any deposit bonus is A$30 or the equivalent, unless the bonus states otherwise.

1.3. Each currency has a fixed equivalent used for deposits, bets and prizes. The equivalent is the Casino's internal rate and is not the same as a bank exchange rate.

1.4. Only one bonus can be active at a time. Deposit bonuses do not stack.

1.5. Every bonus can be received once per person, account, family, household, address, email, card number, IP address and shared computer environment.

1.7. Tournament prizes are bonuses unless the tournament rules state otherwise.

1.8. All bonuses expire if not wagered within the stated period.

1.9. A bonus is cancelled automatically when the balance tied to it drops below A$0.30. This applies to the deposit-plus-bonus balance, not to funds from other deposits.

1.10. Players from Sweden cannot receive bonuses. Players from Australia cannot receive no deposit bonuses.

1.11. The English version of these terms applies where a translation differs.

1.12. In any dispute over a bonus, the decision of the Casino is final.

2. Wagering

2.1. Bonus funds must be wagered 50 times before winnings can be withdrawn, unless the bonus states a different multiplier.

2.2. A withdrawal request made before wagering is complete voids the bonus and the winnings from it.

2.3. Real money is wagered first, then bonus money.

2.4. A deposit bonus can be cancelled before wagering begins. Cancelling a deposit bonus also cancels the free spins attached to it.

2.5. If wagering is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and its winnings are removed.

2.6. Games excluded from wagering are unavailable while a bonus is active.

2.7. Contribution to wagering: pokies 100% except those listed in section 7; video poker, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker, other table games and live games 5%.

6. Free Spin and No Deposit Limits

8. Bonus Abuse

8.1. The Casino may revoke bonuses and winnings and confiscate the balance where they were obtained dishonestly or in breach of these terms.

8.2. Abuse of promotions, lotteries or tournaments leads to seizure of related winnings and removal of bonus access for the account.

8.3. Delaying free spins, bonus rounds or other game features to a later time, when the player no longer needs to wager a bonus or make a deposit, is prohibited. Winnings from such play may be cancelled.

8.4. Using bonus funds only to progress through the stages of a feature, then completing the feature with real money after the bonus is gone, is prohibited. Winnings from such play may be voided.

8.5. Betting strategies used to clear wagering with minimal risk are prohibited. Where the Casino has grounds to believe the play is aimed solely at extracting bonus value, winnings may be cancelled.

9. Tournaments

9.1. Tournaments end at the published time. Spins, hands or features still in progress at that moment do not count.

9.2. Prizes are credited to the balance within a few minutes of the end of the tournament.

9.3. One account per player. Tournament winnings on multiple accounts are forfeited and the accounts are blocked.

9.4. The leaderboard is updated every minute, so the displayed position may lag the actual one.
